Armed man robs gas station on bicycle, already released twice this year under NJ Bail Reform
“A pair of determined Bogota detectives nabbed a bicycle-riding gunman who robbed a local gas station, authorities said Saturday. Bilal Diggs-Void, 20, of Hackensack was identified through store video by Detectives Victor Negron and Hector Liriano as the hoodie-wearing robber who took an undetermined amount of cash from the Lukoil station on Queen Anne Road near the Route 80 overpass on Sept. 23, Sgt. Geoffrey Cole said… A one-time special needs student, Diggs-Void has been charged with assaulting police and robbery, among other offenses — and was arrested seven times in seven months last year, records show.”
