Case worker arrested for aggravated sexual assault of child under his care FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform
“A 23-year-old case worker for a nonprofit agency was charged Friday with sexually assaulting a child under the age of 16 he had been assigned to oversee. Miguel Garrido, 23, of the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick, faces charges of aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and using marijuana with the victim. Garrido was a case worker with Coordinated Family Care, a private, non-profit care management organization that provides resource to Middlesex County youths and their families, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. … The investigation determined that the alleged sexual assault took place at the victim’s home, authorities said.”
